How to get second opinion?

If you are a registered member of the second opinion service and you are diagnosed with (or are suspected of suffering from) any severe disease, you can apply for second opinion.
However, the disease you are suffering from must be on the list of diseases covered in the benefit plan of the policy. Once all the requirements are met, MediLink-Global will, with your authorization and assistance, collect all the medical records required and send them to the selected medical institution for second opinion.
Generally, second opinion will be given to you within ten (10) working days after the medical records are received by the selected medical institution.
